100% Effective is working with Manx Telecom to deliver a Business Improvement Programme.
100% Effective is pleased to announce it will be working with Manx Telecom to help the company build on its success by introducing a culture of ongoing Business Improvement.
Manx Telecom is the leading communication solutions provider on the Isle of Man, offering a wide range of fixed line, broadband, mobile, and data centre services to businesses, consumers and the public sector, as well as a growing portfolio of innovative hosting and ‘Smart SIM’ solutions to off-Island customers. It is one of the largest employers on the Isle of Man, with a workforce of nearly 300 people.
Manx Telecom has a long history of innovation, pioneering new technologies and development – having invested over £110 million in the Island’s infrastructure in the last decade. To build on its existing success and reputation it wants to further improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its processes to ultimately improve the service it offers to its customers.
Earlier this year, 100% Effective began talking to Manx Telecom about how it could support the company’s goals. In May one of our Associate Master Black Belts John Fraser flew out to begin a six-month programme of training and support to underpin the Business Improvement Programme.
In the weeks since the project began, 100% Effective have delivered several workshops and are now working with a number of experienced and enthusiastic members of staff to drive real improvements.
