When you first start thinking about Lean Six Sigma it is tough to know which qualification you need.

Black Belt seems like a goal for many because it is the most advanced qualification, bar becoming a Master Black Belt. Green Belt, however, may be a much more suitable qualification to take right away. So how do you know?
